Little Steps, Big Changes

St Kevin’s has a very active social justice program with a dual focus on awareness and action. All students are involved in a variety of initiatives throughout the year to help local, national and global causes.

We have one mission fundraising day a term. Two of these raise funds for Project Compassion and Catholic Mission, whilst two are for local projects, such as drought relief and Hay for the Farmers in 2019.

To help students develop a fuller understanding and deeper appreciation of our environment, we have a strong focus on looking after our gardens, tree planting, growing vegetables and recycling.

In addition, we are a Nude Food School which encourages students to bring food and snacks in reusable containers to reduce the amount of rubbish.
