At St Kevin’s, we are proud of our uniform and seek to instil a sense of pride from our students in their uniform. This, in turn, instils respect for themselves and we ask it is worn correctly and with pride.

Girls Uniform

GIRLS SUMMER

• St Kevin’s Summer dress
• Short sleeve Peter-Pan blouse with logo
• Navy shorts
• White socks
• Black leather or black synthetic school shoes

Optional – Summer Alice headband, thin or thick, small or large school scrunchies, navy blue ribbon - no other coloured ribbons or headbands are acceptable.

GIRLS WINTER

• Long sleeve Peter-Pan blouse with logo on collar
• Navy tunic
• Jumper with logo
• Navy sports jacket
• Navy tights or white socks
• Black leather/or synthetic school shoes

Boys Uniform

BOYS SUMMER

• Short sleeve formal shirt, blue with logo on front pocket
• Elastic back formal shorts
• Grey socks
• Black leather or black synthetic school shoes

BOYS WINTER

• Long sleeve formal shirt, blue with logo on front pocket
• Navy jumper with school logo
• Navy sports jacket
• Grey socks
• Black leather or black synthetic school shoes

Optional – Navy scarf or navy gloves

SPORTS UNIFORM

• UNISEX short or long sleeve polo shirt with logo
• Navy sports shorts or skort
• Navy track pants
• Navy jacket
• White socks
• All white (with white laces) sports shoes

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

• Library bag
• Art smock
• Leather belt

HATS

School bucket hat with the logo is compulsory all year round.

SCHOOL SHOES

Plain black leather lace up or velcro school shoes are to be worn. Shoes must cover full instep and below the ankle i.e. must not be a boot. No soft uppers or punched holes completely through the shoe are not allowed for safety reasons. Plain black laces only.

SPORTS SHOES

Plain black with black laces or plain white with white laces are to be worn on allocated sport and physical education days. No canvas styles shoes are to be worn. Children may be requested by the principal to wear sports shoes on excursions or other sporting days i.e. Cross Country. All shoes should be kept clean and in good condition.

HAIR

Hair must be neatly groomed and presented. School headbands and scrunchies may be worn or a plain navy ribbon. No decorative hair accessories are to be worn. Hair that is longer than collar length is to be tied back at all times – for both girls and boys.

OTHER

• Makeup or nail polish must not be worn
• No visible facial and body piercing is allowed other than earlobes
• A single stud or sleeper is acceptable – no dangly or drop earrings are permitted
• A single religious necklace may be worn.

Parents are asked to ensure that all articles belonging to each child are clearly marked with their name and class.
